Xilant Security & Fire
About the Company
Our aim as a consultancy company is to make sure the end user gets what they require. After all when the architect and the contractors are finished its the end user that will be living with the finished product. All too many times a new build or refurbishment is designed off plan without any end user consultation. Without asking extremely important questions.
Q: what is the value of the contents. Q: What does your insurance policy require you to have. Q: How do you run your business or your home. Designing a system off plan without attending site to assess the surrounding area of risk to see what borders your property will lead to a potentially flawed design. We will research the local crime level and crime trends. Once all the relevant information has been gathered a system design proposal can be created combining all security and fire systems relevant to the project. The system design proposal can then be presented to the architect and/or building consultant and end-user. Demonstrations of the specified products can be arranged on-site or at the manufacturer's demonstration suite. With the design proposal approved the main contractors can program in the installation allowing for all cable routes and facilities that the security and fire systems will need.
